This December, one DJ will earn the opportunity to DJ on the main stage at Rise Festival 2025.
Held in Les Deux Alpes, France, from 14–21 December, Rise festival mixes some of the world’s biggest dance acts with mountain adventure. This year, the festival welcomes acts like Overmono, Interplanetary Criminal and Lens. Now, one up-and-coming DJ will join the lineup, with a set in front of a mainstage festival crowd.
The winner will also perform at the Crossfader Hub, enjoy flights and accommodation for themselves and a guest, and receive promotion across both Crossfader and Rise Festival channels.
What We’re Looking For
To enter, you’ll need to submit:
A 30-60 minute mix (via Dropbox, Google Drive, Mixcloud, SoundCloud or YouTube)
Your DJ name and social handles
We want to hear mixes that show off your individuality and what makes you special and sets you apart from the rest. We’re also after mixing that really showcases your dynamic, engaging DJing skills that will be at home on a big festival stage.
If you’re shortlisted, you’ll need to send us a quick video telling us who you are, what makes your style unique, and what you’d bring to the Rise stage.
How to Enter
Submissions open Monday 15 July and close Sunday 25 August.

Terms & Conditions – Crossfader x Rise Festival DJ Competition1. Eligibility
Open to DJs aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.
Entrants must hold a valid passport and be eligible to travel to France in December 2025.
One entry per person.
Employees of Crossfader, Rise Festival, and affiliated partners are not eligible to enter.
2. How to Enter
Submit a 30–60 minute DJ mix via a publicly accessible link (Dropbox,Google Drive,Mixcloud, SoundCloud, or YouTube).
Include your full DJ name and active social media handles.
All submissions must be sent via the official entry form linked on the competition landing page.
3. Submission Period
Entries open: Monday, July 15, 2025
Entries close: Sunday, August 25, 2025 (11:59 PM BST)
Late submissions will not be accepted.
4. Shortlisting & Final Selection
The Crossfader team will review all valid entries and shortlist approximately 20–30 DJs based on mix quality, originality, and suitability for a festival environment.
Shortlisted DJs will be contacted on Monday, September 2, 2025, and required to submit a short video answering specific questions by Friday, September 6, 2025.
One winner will be selected by the Crossfader team and announced on Friday, September 20, 2025.
5. The Prize
A DJ performance on the main stage at Rise Festival 2025.
A second DJ set at the Crossfader Hub during the festival.
Return flights and accommodation for the winner and one guest.
Promotion across Crossfader and Rise Festival’s digital channels.
Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative dates.
6. Winner Obligations
Winner must be available to travel between December 14–21, 2025.
Must participate in promotional content (photos, videos, interviews) before, during, and after the festival.
Winner is responsible for their own travel insurance, equipment where needed, and any personal expenses during the trip.
7. Disqualification
Crossfader reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for breaching the competition rules or submitting plagiarised/AI-generated content.
Any false representation of DJ experience or unauthorised use of copyrighted material in the mix will result in disqualification.
8. Legal & Privacy
By entering, you agree to your name, image, and DJ content being used for promotional purposes by Crossfader and Rise Festival.
All personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
